Abstract:Resume. Aim: to study the informativeness of the scattering indicators of laser beams (LB) with wavelengths λ=0.63 and λ=0.4 µm for assessing the intestinal viability.
Material and methods. 20 white rats with small (10 rats) and large (10 rats) intestinal obstruction models. In 6 hours, the intestines were irradiated with LB. After measuring the width of the LB scattering zone, intestinal tissues were taken for histological examination. The examination data of 10 intact rats were the control.
