The article deals with the issue of informatisation of higher education, reveals the importance of the use of electronic educational resources and its impact on the learning process. The most popular online services and web-tools, as well as the possibilities of their application, are given as examples. The necessary changes for the creation of the newest education system of the next generation in Russia are formulated.
