Abstract:There are several obstacles in Pangasius hatchery such as low hatching rate and poor survival. One of the factors that cause low hatching rate on Pangasius sp. eggs is the fungal infection of Saprolegnia sp. Using plant extracts such as Chromolaena odorata leaves can prevent fungal infection because they have antifungal compounds.
