Abstract:Pyogenic granuloma (PG) is a well known oral lesion which occurs as response of tissue to chronic lowgrade irrititation, traumatic injury, hormonal factors and some drugs. PG occurs cosmetic deformity, recurrent hemorrhage, and functional problems in speaking, swallowing and chewing. Beside this, oral melanin pigmentation on gingiva may cause esthetic problem.
