Abstract:This study presents the treatment of pepper seeds with ginger extract for their germination and emergence, as well as the reduction of pesticides using alternative non-polluting methods to control pathogens.The observations followed both the germination and emergence of the seeds, as well as the development of the pathogen Alternaria alternata and the appearance of necrosis and symptoms of alternariosis.
