This study aims to enrich a theme in the science course in the distance education process with augmented reality-based applications and to examine the effects of these applications on students' achievement and attitudes in science courses. A single group pretest and posttest experimental design was used in this research. The research group consisted of 15 third grade students attending at a school in Siirt during the 2020-2021 academic year. In the research, AR-based applications were designed for some gains aimed at the "Electric Vehicles" theme in the science course and these applications were shown to the students through the Zoom program. This applications consist of 15 h, including pre and post test. Research data were collected through data sets obtained from success and attitude scales given before and after the application. The findings obtained from the research show that the students' achievement and attitudes towards the science course increased significantly with Augmented Reality (AR) based applications.

Bu araştırmanın amacı fen bilgisi öğretmenlerinin öğrenme öğretme sürecinde soru cevap tekniğini nasıl kullandıkları çok yönlü ve derinlemesine incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda veri toplama aracı olarak, fen bilgisi öğretmenlerinin soru cevap tekniğini nasıl kullandıklarına yönelik araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmıştır görüşme formu geliştirilmiştir. Soru cevap tekniği öğretmenler tarafından çok sık kullanılan bir tekniktir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma gurubu; 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Muğla ilinde görev yapmakta olan on iki fen bilgisi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma bulgularına göre fen bilgisi öğretmenleri soru cevap tekniğini öğrencilerin ön bilgilerini yoklamak, ilgisini ve dikkatini çekmek için kullanmaktadır. Ayrıca öğretmenler soruların kolay ve merak uyandırıcı nitelikte olması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir.

The main objective of the present investigation was to identify and evaluate the methods and techniques currently used by teachers in the teaching of basic sciences in the systems of presencial and distance systems. The study took place in the first semester of the year 2016-2, the population under study was made up of 20 professors, 10 for the presential study program and 10 for distance study. These were subjected to direct observations and surveys were applied to both students and teachers and administrative staff. The results show that pedagogical characteristics are addressed by teachers, where a traditional behavioral model is based on knowledge fixation and learning accumulation, in which the teacher is dedicated to transmitting information. It was concluded that it is evident, the need for training and education in pedagogy of the university professor to improve their teaching skills, generate principles and practices that allow to adapt the different fields of knowledge to the training process.
