Abstract:This report describes the changes in the higher-order aberrations (HOAs) and modulation transfer function (MTF) in anterior lenticonus in a case of Alport syndrome managed by using extended depth of focus (EDOF) IOL. The patient was a 23-year-old male complaining of diminution of vision in both eyes and had a best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 6/24 and 6/18 in the right and left eye, respectively.
