This study aims to develop an instrument to evaluate Indonesia’s children-friendly school program (CFSP). This development research is then used to evaluate CFSP in Indonesia. Instrument development using the context, input, process, product (CIPP) approach and outcome evaluation. The population of this study was all students in the provinces of Riau and Yogyakarta. The research sample is of the students taken randomly from 108 schools that run CFSP. Data analysis used content validity, construct analysis, construct reliability, and descriptive statistics to evaluate the current CFSP. The content validity result shows that only 50 can be used of 56 of the developed items. The construct validity analysis result shows that all indicators obtained from theoretical exploration are valid and reliable. The model fit test shows that the instruments and data obtained from the respondents fit statistically. The results of the evaluation analysis show that the CFSP has been running well, but three indicators are still at a poor level and need to be improved so that the CFSP can run optimally. Indicators needing improvement are the completeness of documents and indicators of student participation, parental participation, community institutions, and the business world. This instrument became the new product to evaluate completely CFSP program because this instrument evaluates not only the process or implementation program but also every process until the program's outcome. Recommendations that need to be considered by stakeholders are to improve CFSP performance so that CFSP can maximally develop student character.

Final semester exams have an essential role in measuring student learning outcomes. Therefore, the tests must be of good quality. The problem is that lecturers must use reliable measuring tools to measure learning outcomes. This research aims to compare various reliability coefficients to determine which method has the highest reliability. The data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews, and tests based on student responses to the final semester exams. The data analysis technique uses the reliability of the Alpha Cronbach formula, Kuder Richardson 20, 21, and the split-half method consisting of Spearman-Brown, Flanagan, Rulon, and Hoyt. This type of research uses quantitative description. Comparative research designs are ex post facto. The research subjects were 90 undergraduate students. The research results provide several conclusions: first, the odd-even Rulon method has the highest reliability coefficient, namely 0.86; second, all reliable methods have a coefficient above 0.7 as the minimum requirement for acceptance; and third. All reliability methods have relatively the same reliability coefficient, namely around 0.8. fourth, all reliable techniques are suitable for measuring tools in the final semester exam. This research implies that lecturers are advised to use the odd-even Rulon reliability coefficient when measuring learning outcomes.

<span lang="EN-US">This study aimed to apprehend the scale’s role in education planning and performance. The national scale approaches tend to neglect local specificities. The relevance of the provincial and local scales is underlined in Draa-Tafilalet region (Morocco). By comparing the provincial data and indicators to study the education system's efficiency, we argue that these are pertinent scales to further understanding the needs, causality and key parameters of education. Collected data is analyzed using the data envelopment analysis (DEA). Useful indicators to compare the spatial variability of the education system’s efficiency were produced and discussed at a provincial scale and interpreted considering the local socioeconomic characteristics in each province. The five provinces of the region (Errachidia, Ouarzazate, Tineghir, Midelt, Zagora, and Midelt) are considered as adapted decision-making unit (DMU) in the study. The results show the provincial scale is relevant to apprehend the education system’s performance. It is also important in education planning. The spatial differences in education efficiency at this scale show evidence of weak education impacts among rural populations in the recently created provinces such as Tineghir, Midelt, and Zagora. The criterion of education efficiency measured by DEA ranks Tineghir in the last position. This province needs special attention in planning and development.</span>
