The Validity and Reliability Study of the Turkish Adaptation of Medical Adherence Report Scale

Abstract: Kronik fiziksel hastalığı olan bireylerin ilaca uyum göstermesi tedavinin önemli bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır. Hastanın ilaç tedavisine uyumunu değerlendirmek hem uyumun tanımlanmasının zorluğu hem de hastanın olumsuzu bildirmede zorlanması sebebiyle zor olmaktadır.
