“…The advanced surface modification process is a tool to improve friction and abrasive wear resistance. Many researchers have attempted to improve the surface properties of Al 6061-T6 alloy through laser processing (Chi et al , 2021), hard anodizing (Mohitfar et al , 2020), physical vapor deposition, laser shock processing and plasma spraying (Rajeshshyam et al , 2020) according to the literature.
