Abstract:Ovarian carcinosarcoma (OCS) is a rare, highly aggressive neoplasm characterized by presence of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous component. Even after evolution of chemotherapy with introduction of platinum agents, the survival still seems to be poor. A report of such rare case tumour in a 62 year old female is presented here.
