Abstract: Theatrical performances have been developed quickly in many tourism destinations in China; however, little research has been focused on this important area. “…Firstly, this study deepens the theoretical understanding of immersive digital technology in tourism dance performance research based on the SOR framework, and enriches the existing literature on the meaning and characteristic research of authenticity, esthetics, and entertainment of tourism dance performance.
