Modeling and predicting the composition of fossil fuel-derived pyrolysis liquids using low-voltage mass spectrometry and canonical correlation analysis

“…In this study, 25 fuel samples were pyrolyzed in a fixed-bed reactor at a slow heat-up rate. The feedstocks and the pyrolysis liquids were characterized by using Curiepoint pyrolysis LV-EIMS and Curie-point desorption LV-EIMS, respectively (Wen et al, 1982; Yoon et al, 1978;Denn et al, 1982;Joseph et al, 1984).
