Abstract:In strategic management research, enterprise diversification has become a major study content. And in the enterprise management practice, diversified behavior has become a common practice. It shows that the diversity has an important position in enterprise strategic management. Based on the survey of the domestic and international enterprise diversification of practical experience and literature, from market forces theory, resource theory and agency theory of enterprises, diversified behavior is analyzed in detail. This has a vital significance to enhance China 's enterprises diversification theory accomplishment and practice scientificity.
