Theory of phonon-assisted intraband transitions in semiconductor quantum dots

Abstract: The investigation of the intersubband dynamics occurring in the conduction band of doped semiconductor quantum dots (QD's) has emerged as a powerful tool to probe their electronic structure and properties.
