Therapeutic and Reconstructive Approach of Lower Lip Amputation After Human Bite: Case Report

Abstract: In this article, we describe the case of a patient suffering from labial avulsion after a human bite, initially treated with direct closure and reconstructed surgically later on. Also, a brief summary of existent recommendations in scientific literature about the management of bite wounds is provided.
