“…The case studies reported in the literature, however, involve few patients, and success is dependent on the experience of physicians [2,5] . Some patients are not eligible for the above mentioned treatments, mainly due to technical limitations of endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography, related to duodenal and pancreatic duct stricture or postsurgical anatomy, that make duct cannulation complex or impossible [6] .
