Abstract:Graves' orbitopathy (GO), a manifestation of Graves' disease, is characterized by orbital fibroblast-induced inflammation, leading to fibrosis or adipogenesis. Histone deacetylase (HDAC) serves a central role in autoimmune diseases and fibrosis.
