Therapeutic Use of Avidin Is Not Hampered by Antiavidin Antibodies in Humans

Abstract: Hen egg white avidin is increasingly used in the clinic as part of multifactor treatments such as pretargeted radionuclide therapy of cancer or as an antidote of biotinylated drugs.
