Abstract: Background Invasive cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (cSCC) are a leading cause of death in recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB), a rare blistering genodermatosis. Outcomes of RDEB-cSCC therapies have primarily been described in case reports. Systematic studies are scarce.
