Thermal and magnetic properties of chalcogenide CZFTS nanoparticles for solar cell application

Abstract: An attempt is made to resolve the controversy related to the reconstruction mechanism of magneto-optical stannite/kieserite crystal structure with a random mixture of two quaternary compounds of Cu2ZnSnS4-Cu2FeSnS4 while the identification of phase formation by XRD is difficult. Since the Fe is surprisingly emerged on the Cu position while Fe is replaced by Zn. The induced dynamical sliding by Cu-ionic-host could be existed which is strongly consequence of magnetic exchange competition (F.M and AFM) through th… Show more

“…The InP wurtzoid-2c stoichiometry is (In13P13). Bundling 3 InP wurtzoids parallel in the c axes creates InP tri-wurtziod(In21P21) as in Fig1 (e) for bare case [19,20], whereas the structure as a H-passivated In7P7H14 wurtziod as in Fig2(a), and the geometric structures of InP diamantane nanocrystals for partial-passivated as shown as in Fig. 2…”
