“…Metamorphic terranes/complexes with thermal gradients exceeding 110°C/kbar (or >35°C/km) are generally categorized as low‐pressure high‐temperature (LPHT) metamorphic regions. Typical examples include the Reynolds Range in Central Australia (Alessio et al, 2020; Clarke & Powell, 1991; Morrissey et al, 2014), Geme Complex in the Central Pontides of Turkey (Okay et al, 2014), Namaqualand Complex in South Africa (Bial et al, 2015; Robb et al, 1999; Waters, 1990), and Central Asian Orogenic Belt (Burenjargal et al, 2014; Zhang et al, 2018).
