Thermal Simulation and Detection of Breast Tumor Using Passive Acoustic Thermometry

Abstract: Purpose: For over three decades, various researchers have aimed to construct a model of breast cancer. Most of them have used an infrared thermal model to stimulate breast cancer, but in this study, a novel estimation methodology is presented to detect the breast cancer tumor using the surface measurement obtained by Passive Acoustic Thermometer (PAT).
