Thermal stability and glass transition kinetics in GeTeSb glasses by using non-isothermal measurement

Abstract: In this paper we have analysed the thermal properties of three different compositions of chalcogenide glasses Ge15Te85-xSbx (x=0.5, 1, 1.5). The samples have been prepared using the melt quenching technique and the characterisation is done using X-ray diffraction. The compositional dependence on properties were studied using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) analysis using non-isothermal measurement.
