Abstract:Thermal stability of the multilayer (Mg/NbOx)82 nanostructure and the effect of heat treatment on its electrical properties and phase composition depending on the bilayer thickness are studied. The studied (Mg/NbOx)82 samples contain 82 bilayers whose thickness varies in the range from 2.2 to 6.2 nm. The NbOx layer thickness in the multilayers is the same (0.96 nm) in all samples, while the magnesium layers thickness is varied. It is established that the magnesium layers are either discrete (a set of nanosized… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
