Abstract:Thermal-tolerant proton-exchange membranes are highly
demanded
for updating hydrogen–electricity conversion technologies,
since the high-temperature operation is expected to suppress the catalyst
poisoning of fuel cells or to increase the efficiency of water (steam)
electrolysis. But it is still challenged by both stability and conductivity.
Herein, two-dimensional CdPS3 nanosheets with atomically
in-plane defects were synthesized and employed for the preparation
of proton-conductive and thermal-tolerant membr… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
