Thermodiffusion von makromolekülen in lösung

Abstract: Unterwirft man makromolekulare Lösungen in einer Anordnung nach Clusius und Dickel der Thermodiffusion, so können starke Trenneffekte (Konzentrationsverschiebungen) auftreten. Dies wurde am Beispiel des Polyvinylpyrrolidons (Kollidons) in Wasser und des Polystyrols in Toluol an unfraktionierten und fraktionierten Produkten in mäßig verdünnten Lösungen (c < 1,5%) ausführlich untersucht.
