Thermodynamic Analysis of Phase Equilibria in the Mg–Al–Ho Ternary System

Abstract: A thermodynamic analysis of phase equilibria in the MgAlHo ternary system has been carried out with special emphasis on the metastable phase separation of the hexagonal close-packed (hcp) phase.
