Thermodynamic Analysis of the Defective Subsystem of Lead Telluride Crystals with Impurity of Oxygen

Abstract: Electrophysical properties (specific conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, Hall effect) of the lead telluride obtained by pressing of the powder were investigated. In this case, the powder was pre-heat treated at 300 oC in the air to saturate it with oxygen. To interpret the experimental data obtained, a model of a defect subsystem of crystals of lead telluride with impurity of oxygen is proposed.
