Thermodynamic Modeling, Hansen Solubility Parameters, and Solubility Behavior of N-Benzyloxycarbonyl-l-asparagine in Twelve Pure Solvent Systems at 283.15–323.15 K
Abstract:The solid−liquid equilibrium solubility and solvent effect of Nbenzyloxycarbonyl-L-asparagine in monosolvent systems (water, isopropanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isobutanol, n-butanol, acetonitrile, n-pentanol, 2-butanone, acetone, 1,4dioxane, and methanol) were studied. The solubility of N-benzyloxycarbonyl-Lasparagine was measured by the static gravimetric method at 283.15 to 323.15 K (5 K interval). The polymorph of N-benzyloxycarbonyl-L-asparagine was investigated by powder X-ray diffraction. Experiments co… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
