In addition, the following are insufficiently explored in these systems: the contact phenomena, the change of the electrophysical and electroactive properties of the heterogeneous polymer-semiconductor systems, the particularities of the interphase phenomena, the presence of percolation effects, and the formation of space charges at polarization processes.…”
