Abstract:A nonperturbative method for the evaluation of thermodynamic scaling functions in the critical region of three‐dimensional anisotropic type‐II superconductors is extended for the case of external magnetic fields with arbitrary angles with respect to the anisotropy axis. The calculations are carried out in the framework of the Ginzburg‐Landau theory. Explicit relations are obtained for the angular dependence of the magnetization and specific heat. Our theoretical results are in good agreement with experiments p… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
