Abstract:The pressure, particle number density and heat capacity of 'absolute stiff' matter (P = E) at finite temperature are obtained for fermions and bosons. The behavior of 'absolute stiff' medium depends on the characteristic temperature T c = 6π 2 n/ γm 2 , and low temperature expansion (T ≪ T c ) is considered. We also find that the equation of state P = wE at arbitrary constant w can be modeled by an ideal gas of quasi-particles with the energy spectrum ε p = ap wq in q-dimensional space.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
