Thermophysical Property Estimation by Transient Experiments: The Effect of a Biased Initial Temperature Distribution

Abstract: The identification of thermophysical properties of materials in dynamic experiments can be conveniently performed by the inverse solution of the associated heat conduction problem (IHCP).
