Abstract:Cerium oxide (CeO 2−x ) performs well in photothermal and catalytic properties due to its abundance of oxygen vacancies. Based on this, we designed a thermosensitive therapeutic nanoplatform to achieve continuous circular drug release in tumor. It can solve the limitation caused by insufficient substrate in the process of tumor treatment. Briefly, CeO 2−x and camptothecin (CPT) were wrapped in an agarose hydrogel, which could be melted by the photothermal effect of CeO 2−x . At the same time, the local tempera… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
