Thin-flap laser in situ keratomileusis with femtosecond-laser technology

Abstract: No significant complications occurred after treatment with this new femtosecond-laser platform in thin-flap LASIK. Clinical (visual and refractive) results were satisfactory in terms of safety, predictability, and stability.
