“…Our initial analysis of the data did conform to the approach to qualitative data analysis as described by Glaser and Strauss (1967): main themes were identified on the basis of an analysis of the transcripts -and a close reading of Durkheim's treatise on moral educationmade from the semi-structured interviews with staff.
