Thiocoumarins and Dithiocoumarins: Advances in Synthesis and Pharmacological Activity

Abstract: : Thiocoumarins and dithiocoumarins are two important classes of sulfur containing heterocyclic compounds which are bioisosteres of coumarins. Herein, various literature reported synthetic strategies for these two classes of heterocylic compounds have been discussed.
