Abstract: Introduction: Meningioma is the most common intradural tumor of the spinal cord in adults. Spinal meningioma arises from slow-growing arachnoid cap cells, which are generally located intradural extramedullary and grow laterally into the subarachnoid space to stretch the surrounding arachnoid.
