Thoracic air leak syndrome as the sole manifestation of chronic lung graft-versus-host disease: a case report

Abstract: Background Thoracic air leak syndrome (TALS) is a rare complication associated with chronic lung graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS).
