Abstract: Fiber and textile-based chemical sensors are emerging tools which target minimally invasive monitoring. Fiber-shaped electrodes are a versatile design for wearable applications since the fiber architecture allows for straightforward integration into textiles facilitating the principle of “wear-and-forget”.
