Abstract:Periviable delivery, or a pregnancy at risk of delivery between 20 0/7 and 25 6/7 weeks gestational, is an uncommon event with profound physical, psychological, and financial impact. Neonatal outcomes can be hard to predict and with the changing legal landscape around abortion access, management options may be compromised.
