Abstract: <p>Here, electron-transporting semiconducting organic channels made of N,N′-1H, 1H-perfluorobutyl dicyanoperylenecarboxydiimmide (PDIF-CN<sub>2</sub>) molecules were thermally evaporated on flexible polyethylene-naphtalate (PEN) plastic substrates equipped with gold (Au) electrodes.
