Abstract:A 54-year-old male with neuroendocrine carcinoma was admitted for syncope. Computed tomography showed a mesenteric mass with internal calcification, consistent with a primary carcinoid tumor ( Figure 1A), and hepatic metastasis ( Figure 1B).
