Abstract: Objective: To characterize the method by which angiogenesis occurred in three-dimensional (3D) leiomyoma xenografts, and to assess the impact of hypoxia on two-dimensional (2D) and 3D myometrial and leiomyoma cells and leiomyoma xenografts in vivo.
