Three‐dimensional star antenna for wearable defense application

Abstract: In this letter, design and characterization of an antenna fabricated using the three‐dimensional star used in the epaulets of defense personnel are presented for its use in sub‐6 GHz 5G communication. Initially, the star antenna is designed and simulated using CST Microwave Studio by choosing its dimension in accordance with those in the epaulets.
