Abstract:BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 [ERK1/2] have been reported to promote cancer spread through receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK)/Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK1/2 pathway hyperactivation.
