In this paper we explain the need for a new multipurpose Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCM) library and offer its proposal. Within the paper we provide an overview of available tools and libraries along with their advantages and disadvantages. We use this information in order to build a list of necessary requirements for a new library. With these requirements in mind, we offer a proposal for a new FCM library. The proposed library aims provide flexibility and applicability for various use cases, from simple system prototyping to modeling and control of complex systems. In contrast to the most of the available FCM tools, it incorporates a built-in learning mechanisms for automated adaptation of the parameters of the map. An emphasis is placed on a simplicity of library deployment and ease of use.
