“…Nach perkutanen transfemoralen Zugängen werden in 3 -9 % der Fälle postinterventionelle Pseudoaneurysmen beobachtet [1]. Entsprechend der Publikation von Steinkamp et al[18] wurden Pseudoaneurysmen, welche nicht operativ versorgt werden mussten, als eine Minor-Komplikation eingestuft und konnte durch eine gezielte sonografisch gesteuerte Kompression oder Thrombininjektion behandelt werden[19,20].
