Thromboelastographic analysis of hemostatic abnormalities in dengue patients admitted in a multidisciplinary intensive care unit: A cross-sectional study

Abstract: Background:Dengue fever is an important tropical infection causing significant mortality. The pathophysiology of hematological abnormalities in dengue remains poorly studied.
